Meet Our Team
Liv
Founder & Occupational Therapist
Liv is an experienced and highly trained Occupational Therapist whose roles have been across both paediatric and adult settings including SEND primary and secondary schools, children’s residential homes, older adult settings and community and inpatient mental health rehabiltation services.
Liv specialises in working with individuals with Autism, ADHD, sensory differences, mental health needs, trauma and anxiety. ​
Liv holds a MSc in Occupational Therapy, a PGCert in Equine Facilitated Therapy and a BA Hons in Interactive Arts. Liv is paediatric and outdoor first aid trained, registered with HCPC and is a member of Royal College of Occupational Therapists.​
Ellie
Creative and Administrative Director
Ellie is our creative and administrative director here at Maverick Therapies. Ellie holds a BA Hons in photography and has many years of experience in social media and creative fields alongside co-creating and facilitating social change initiatives and community projects.
Ellie has a varied role at Maverick Therapies from creating our website, managing our social media and responding to enquires, to caring for our of horses and supporting with sessions. Ellie really is the glue that holds Maverick Therapies together.

Molly
Part of the four legged team
With both a heart and coat of gold, Molly is the real life Barbie pony of the herd. Molly is the biggest horse in the herd but is extremely gentle and kind in nature.
Molly loves lots of attention and a good scratch especially if it includes a carrot at the end.
Patrick
Part of the four legged team
At 29 years old, Patrick is the eldest and wisest of the herd. Patrick had a difficult start to life before he came into the family and has since spent 16 very happy years with our founder Liv.
Patrick loves to have a snooze in the sunshine and the favourite part of his day is having his bucket of feed.
Flynn
Part of the four legged team
Our beautiful blue-eyed boy Flynn. Often known as the ‘‘cow pony’ due to his striking black and white coat. Flynn is a very distinguished chap who can often be seen sporting a gentleman’s moustache.
Flynn loves to spend his days eating grass in the field with his pals Patrick and Molly and especially loves an apple as a treat.
