Our Services
Informed by evidence-based practice, we work to support each individuals strengths and needs by offering a range of therapeutic interventions through one-to-one and group sessions.

Occupational therapy sessions are available at our site in Goonhavern as well as in the community including at home and school (within 25 miles of Newquay).


Equine Assisted Therapy
Equine assisted therapy sessions may include connecting with our horses, grooming, feeding, groundwork and learning all about horse care.

Mindfulness & breathing techniques
These sessions are designed to develop mindfulness and breathing techniques to support emotional regulation, reduce stress, and improve focus and overall well-being.

These sessions may include interacting or being around our herd of horses as part of the mindfulness practice.

Nature Based Therapy
Our nature based sessions are designed to support individuals to connect with nature.
Sessions may include planting vegetables, herbs and flowers, caring for our garden, exploring our mud kitchen and going on nature walks.

Developing motor skills
Supporting the development of motor skills including pre-handwriting skills, cutlery, shoe laces and dressing skills.

Sensory Exploration
Multi-sensory and nature-based exploration sessions designed to support skill development and meet sensory needs.

Handwriting intervention
Session designed to support individuals to develop their pre-hand writing or handwriting skills.

Mud kitchen provision
Our mud kitchen provision is designed to support the development of motor skills, develop emotional regulation techniques and facilitate multi-sensory exploration.

Creative sessions
Our creative sessions are designed to develop skills, offer opportunities to participate in meaningful occupations and foster imagination and creativity.
